I’m perimenopausal and was prescribed daily Lenzetto and Utrogestan 2x100mg on days 12-26. I felt awful with the progesterone. Migraines, very low mood, no energy or motivation. Am I on too much anyway? During this podcast you talk about the possibility of using one 100mg capsule vaginally every OTHER night. That’s a lot less than I’m using. I haven’t had a bleed after my first month either. Is that concerning? Thank you!
