Dr Clare Bailey is a GP and health columnist with extensive experience in helping people lose weight and improve their health. - Enjoy olive oil. You don’t have to be stingy with it – it’s good for you!
- Eat oily fish – remember SMASH: Sardines, Mackerel, Anchovies, Salmon, Herring.
- Avoid snacks (especially in the evenings) or if you have to, reach for a few nuts.
